Terms of Service for Sculpt22 Studio

Welcome to Sculpt22 Studio! These Terms of Service govern your use of our services, including purchasing class packages and booking classes through our website.

1. Purchasing Class Packages

1.1. Validity Period:

Each class package comes with a specified validity period:

Single Class Package: Valid for 2 weeks from the date of purchase.
3 Class Introduction Offer - Valid for 1 month from dae of purchase.

5-Class Package: Valid for 2 months from the date of purchase.

10-Class Package: Valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

20-Class Package: Valid for 4 months from the date of purchase.

1.2. Non-Transferable:

Class packages are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered account holder.

1.3. No Refunds:

Class packages are non-refundable except in cases of service cancellation by Sculpt22 Studio.

2. Booking Classes

2.1. Booking Process:

All class bookings must be made through our online booking system.

2.2. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will be credited back to your account. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the class being deducted from your package.

2.3. Lateness Policy:

If you arrive more than 10 minutes after the class starts, you will not be permitted to join for safety reasons.

3. Use of Services

3.1. Account Responsibility:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities conducted through your account.

3.2. Conduct:

You agree to use our services in a respectful and lawful manner. Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in termination of your account.

4. Limitation of Liability

Sculpt22 Studio is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during classes. Participation is at your own risk. Please inform your instructor of any medical conditions before attending classes.

5. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify class schedules, pricing, and policies. Any changes will be communicated via email or our website.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. By using our services, you agree to comply with these laws.
