We’ll introduce you to the Reformer equipment, teach you essential techniques, and guide you through exercises that target key muscle groups safely and effectively. Each session is led by an experienced instructor who will support and encourage you every step of the way.
We recommend arriving 10 minutes early for your first session. This gives you a chance to meet your instructor, familiarise yourself with the studio, and discuss any fitness goals or concerns. This introductory time ensures you feel confident and ready to begin.
