Sculpt Studios operates a strict 24-hour cancellation policy for all classes. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice will automatically be credited back to your account for future use.
Please note that all cancellations must be processed through our online booking system, regardless of how far in advance the cancellation is made. Repeated failure to cancel classes appropriately may result in restrictions on future bookings.
To ensure a smooth experience, please aim to arrive at least 5 minutes before your class start time, or 10 minutes if it’s your first session. If you are late, you may enter within the first 10 minutes of class; however, you will not be permitted to join if you miss the essential warm-up period.
For safety reasons, clients arriving after this period will not be allowed to participate in the session.
Our class packages are designed for clients committed to regular attendance to maximise their results. Each package comes with a specific validity period, after which any unused classes will expire and become invalid:
Single Class: Valid for 2 weeks from the date of purchase
Introduction Offer - 3 x classes: Valid for 3 weeks from the date of purchase
5 Class Package: Valid for 4 weeks from the date of purchase
10 Class Package: Valid for 6 weeks from the date of purchase
Please ensure all sessions within your current package are booked before purchasing additional packages.
