Arrive 10 Minutes Early:
Please arrive before your class is due to start to get settled and prepare for your session.
Wear Comfortable Clothing:
We recommend wearing form-fitting, stretchy clothing to move with ease during your workout.
Bring Water and Grip Socks:
Don't forget to stay hydrated and bring grip socks if you have them.
24Hour Cancellation Policy:
Clients must cancel their Reformer Pilates class at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid being charged or forfeiting their session.
